A brand experience under preparation.
WEMIQO currently provides fashion discovery, category information, device-local saved choices and customer-care guidance. Customer registration, payment, order placement, shipping, returns processing and refunds are not active in this release.
WEMIQO's commerce legal entity and verified operating contacts will be published before transactions begin. These terms do not state that a proposed company has been incorporated, that a payment or logistics provider has been appointed, or that a policy has been approved by a lawyer.
02 · PERMITTED USE
Use WEMIQO lawfully and respectfully.
You may browse the public website and app for personal, non-commercial fashion discovery. You must not:
- attempt to bypass an unavailable commerce or security feature;
- probe, disrupt, overload or interfere with the website, app or API;
- submit malicious code, misleading requests or unlawful content;
- copy, scrape or republish WEMIQO branding or editorial content at scale without permission; or
- misrepresent an association with WEMIQO.
03 · PRODUCT INFORMATION
Verified facts must come before a sale.
WEMIQO may show category descriptions, editorial imagery and product pathways. A product can be purchased only after verified product identity, current price, saleable variant, availability, material and fit information are connected and checkout is deliberately enabled.
A saved pincode does not confirm serviceability, delivery timing or stock. A saved piece does not reserve a product. Any future transaction will be governed by the price, product details, delivery information and transactional policies displayed at the time of that order.
04 · LOCAL FEATURES
Your device holds the current personalisation.
Wishlist items, recent searches, delivery context and app style preferences are convenience features stored on your device. They may be lost when storage is cleared, a browser blocks storage, the app is removed or the device changes. They are not backed-up customer account records.
The mobile app may ask for foreground location permission only when you choose to fill a delivery address from your current position. Manual entry remains available. Read the Privacy notice for the exact current data flow.
05 · BRAND AND CONTENT
WEMIQO remains WEMIQO.
The WEMIQO name, approved visual identity, interface design, original copy and editorial assets are protected by applicable intellectual-property rules. Third-party product imagery, fonts, platform components or service names remain the property of their respective owners.
You may use the interface for ordinary personal browsing. No ownership right or licence to commercially reproduce the WEMIQO brand is transferred to you.
06 · AVAILABILITY AND RESPONSIBILITY
The current experience may change or pause.
WEMIQO may update, limit or withdraw current features while the experience is prepared for customer use. Network services, operating-system location services and hosting infrastructure may occasionally be unavailable.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, WEMIQO provides this free pre-commerce browsing release without promising uninterrupted availability or suitability for a particular purpose. Nothing in these terms excludes a right or responsibility that cannot lawfully be excluded.
07 · CHANGES AND QUESTIONS
Transactional terms will arrive before transactions.
WEMIQO will replace or supplement these terms before enabling customer accounts or orders. That future release must include the responsible legal entity, verified contact route, payment terms, shipping and serviceability information, cancellation/return/refund rules, and any legally required disclosures.
